Encouraging Language Teachers to be Teacher-Researcher through Classroom Action Research (CAR)

Teachers play an important role in education. Teachers, in order to impart knowledge and skills to students, must be competent. They must possess the knowledge of objectives and standards of curriculum, teaching skills and a passion for learning new teaching methods or strategies. In other words, what happens in the classroom depends on the teacher’s ability in creating effective and qualified learning and teaching which, certainly, affect to the quality improvement of education. Aiming to improve the quality of education as well as self-reflection towards the delivery of materials or problem solving in the process of teaching, teachers are encouraged to conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR).

It looks interesting. The teachers are engaged in the activity. We are interested to hold such seminar in Batam for research methodology. Is there an opportunity for this?
