This course aims to improve your competence in teaching methodology and classroom management as well as Chinese language proficiency. Some of the target points in this course are to enable the teachers with these following skills.

• identifying and analysing Mandarin language teaching practices;
• designing syllabus and lesson plan;
• designing classroom activities based on learning models;
• designing evaluation and assessment;
• integrating language learning with cross-cultural contents; and
• conducting the teaching and learning process using communicative methods.
