We biennially provide you; language teachers, teacher trainers and education personnel in the region; with SEAMEO QITEP in Language Research Grants (SEAQIL REGRANTS). We also encourage participants of Research Methodology Programmes to be eligible candidates for our grants.

What is it that we want to accomplish? Through the grants, we intend to:

• facilitate high quality research in second/foreign language education from Southeast Asia region;
• expand access of language education professionals and education policy makers in the region to high quality research; and
• support the establishment and sustainability of active research links between language education professionals and policy makers in the region and beyond.
