Staff Development Programmes

SEAQIL continually designs staff development programmes to educate, develop and improve its staff’s quality and skills. Each programme is tailored to various themes when it is deemed necessary. In general, it can be classified into two categories: programmes focusing on soft skills and technical skills.

Programmes on soft skill development are essential for the staff’s personal and interpersonal skills. Equally important, SEAQIL organises programme on technical skill improvement to enhance their ability to provide more-improved services.
